At The Tulsa Tabernacle, we know that God
has called His church to be a "house of prayer for all nations".
(Isaiah 56:7, Matthew 21:13, Luke 19:46) While we greatly value
Bible Study, fellowship
with the Body of Christ, evangelism and outreach, singing His praises,
and teaching the Word of God, we realize that none of these things
will realize their full potential of Kingdom work without first
being bathed in prayer. We know that apart from Christ we are nothing.
And apart being continually filled with the Holy Spirit so that
His
power works through us, we cannot accomplish His will to its fullest
extent. Therefore, the barometer of the spiritual success of The
Tulsa Tabernacle will always be our Prayer Meetings.
In God's Word, the Tabernacle (Tent of Meeting) of the Old Testament
was described as a portable tent that was a place of worship where
God dwelt. We know that
God inhabits the praises of His people. Praise is also a vital part of prayer.
Therefore, we are committed to praising His name "at all times" at
The Tulsa Tabernacle so that He may be lifted up! |
